The Easter eggs are now on order, l will make them as the orders come and the  time limit for orders will be the 22d  March - Easter being the 5th April. 
 They will be sent (with the rest of your order if you have some)  as soon as they are made, to arrive the week before Easter. 


The eggs are sold by piece, their weight is variable but is sold as minimum weight (small eggs minimum weight 100g, large eggs minimum weight 250g).
These eggs are either thin shell with a ganache filling and another shell of chocolate, or with thick chocolate shells and loose fillings: Armagnac prune purée prunes dipped in chocolate. 

There are 2 sizes of eggs, the 8cm full egg or the 12cm full egg .
 They are all wrapped in foil and plastic-free packaging, made from cellulose or PLA starch,tied with hemp string. 

 

There is a choice of dark, milk, or one half dark and one half milk, which costs £1 extra as it takes more organisation skills . 
 

Here are this year 2026's flavours:

 

  - Plain milk or dark chocolate egg shell  with 1 or 2 Agen prunes with Armagnac prune purée dipped in chocolate
Those eggs will be the only ones with a plain chocolate shell with no filling, but will have the armagnac prunes dipped in chocolate in the hollow of the shell. The small eggs will have 1 prune in and the large eggs 2 or 3 depending on the size of the prunes. 
This is the only egg available in mixed, which will be half shell dark, half shell milk, and for the large eggs 1 prune dipped in dark and milk (unless more fit in)
ingredients: Dark 76% or Milk 42% chocolate shell, Agen prune with Armagnac prune puree (Agen prunes, molasses, unrefined sugar, jasmine tea, Armagnac) .
Contains alcohol. Suitable for vegan diet in dark chocolate.




- Rum and raisin ganache: Dark 76% or Milk 42% chocolate shell; ganache: milk and dark chocolate, rum-soaked raisins, rum. Contains alcohol, dairy.

 - Île de Ré salted caramel
A soft caramel in milk or dark chocolate.
Ingredients:Dark 76% or Milk 42% chocolate shell ; caramel: unrefined sugar,  non-homogenised cream (either Tom Parker or Waitrose Duchy Original's double cream or both), Duchy Original butter, Île-de-Ré salt. 
Contains dairy. 


- Almond praline with  lemon zest and coriander : Ingredients ganache: milk and white chocolate, non-homogenised cream, organic lemon zest, sugar, coriander powder, almond powder, sorbitol. 
The dark 12cm eggs of this type are actually half dark and half milk: the outside shell is dark chocolate and it is filled with milk chocolate. It is great for those who like both chocolate! Contains dairy, NUTS.
