Here are the small versions with some of the Apostles chocolates.  
 
The choices of boxes are the Classic selection, which contains no alcohol but contain dairy and nuts, and the alcohol selection, which contain 4 small chocolates and one large prunes, all with alcoholic ganaches.

The Classic collection contains:
 - Handmade  nougat with candied yuzu , grapefruit, orange and lemon, ginger, 4 nuts, (pistachio, cashew, hazel and almond) mulberry, sour cherry and sweet cherry ;
- Rose and dragon ruit fondant;
- Strawberry and mint fondant;
- Bergamote ganache with piece of candied peel; 
- Salted caramel;
- Hazelnut praline with chicorée Leroux;
 
 
 The alcoholic mixed selection box of 4 chocolates, all contains alcohol and some contain dairy:  
- Kington grown ginseng berry liqueur with fresh ginger ;
- garden morello cherry liqueur with a cherry; 
- mulberry liqueur with fresh mulberry
- orange liqueur and garden blackcurrant 
- Agen prune filled with either Armagnac prune purée, apple and calvados ganache, or damson gin ganache. 
It will be a random choice and will be a on the menu. 
 
Best before date mid-february 2026 for the classic selection and March  2026 the the alcohol selection. 
 
Allergies: some chocolates contain nuts, alcohol, and dairy. Keep in dark, cool place but not the fridge as it may draw humidity onto the chocolates. An unheated room is perfect.
