Here are the small versions with some of the Apostles chocolates. 
 
The choices of boxes are :

The Classic mixed selection, which contains no alcoholic centres, but contain dairy and nuts:
 
- Handmade soft nougat with candied yuzu and Buddah's hand citrus, ginger, 4 nuts, (pistachio, cashew, hazel and almond) mulberry, sour cherry and sweet cherry ;
- Candied orange or grapefruit peel ; 
- Field mint "cream" and strawberry ganache (2 layers);
- Local hazelnuts rocher (Augernik farm); 
- Local raspberry mousse (contain gelatin- Augernik farm)
- CHerry powder chocolate and handmade bitter marzipan
 
 


 The alcoholic mixed selection, all contains alcohol and some contain dairy: 
-Rum and raisins with a soaked large raisin;
- licorice ganache;
- Mead and local pollen ;
- Baileys liqueur ganache;
-garden morello cherry liqueur with a segment of white chocolate flavoured with rose and geranium;
 -Cognac and saturn apple (Augernik farm)


Best before date mid-february 2025. 
Ingredients and allergies: some chocolates contain nuts, alcohol, and dairy. 
Keep in dark, cool place but not the fridge as it may draw humidity onto the chocolates. An unheated room is perfect.
