This is the new honey, apricot and pollen tablettes which I spoke to you about in my blog. It is very popular with my market customers, and is replacing the Heather honey, pollen and apple which I reserve for you and is not for sale at the market. 
The apricots I use are the organic  dark brown apricots, rather than the non organic, sulphurised orange apricots. 
The honey is all flowers from this summer, and l also use John Fletcher 's bee pollen. 
 
Ingredients:
 cocoa mass, sugar, (milk powder if milk chocolate version) vanilla extract, local Presteigne honey, organic apricot pieces, local pollen. Available in dark (76% cocoa content) or milk and dark, one gave being milk and the other face being dark.
